Physiotherapy
I have a keen interest in aiding the return to sport and activity through the use of exercise rehabilitation to provide patients with an understanding of current problems and the future prevention of injuries. I currently lead the Lower Limb Rehabilitation group based at the hospital I work in and continuously come up with new ways to challenge and progress patients. In addition to exercise, I use a hands-on approach to help reduced pain, manage injuries, and enable patients to manage with their daily activities.
